Step 2: Apply

Fill out this application form to get started with the process of enrolling. There is no fee for this form.

Step 3: Enroll

Once you have toured and filled out the application it’s time to enroll. Fill out this form to get your child enrolled. $50 enrollment fee and $150 for supply fee to secure a spot for your student.
